Radiators will need bleeding if the radiator is cold or only heating up at the bottom. Air can become trapped inside them and will stop water from circulating around your radiator.  This is a frequent problem with an easy solution.  1. Place an empty container at the bottom of the radiator under.  2. There is a brass square nut at the upper corner of the radiator. Place the radiator key on and turn anti-clockwise till hot air escapes the radiator. 3. Finally one bleeding is done, turn the valve clockwise and make sure that there are no signs of leakage.

First I would recommended Mixing up 1/3rd of a cup of baking soda with 1/3rd of a cup of vinegar in a measuring cup, instantly you should hear a fizz. Whilst the mixture is fizzing quickly poor down the drain the fizzing action should help lift any grime or hair that has built up in the pipe. Let sit over night followed by a flush with hot water.  If this is unsuccessful you will need to remove the U shaped pipe (Trap) from under your sink. Place a bucket under the sink to collect any water that may be in the trap. Carefully loosen the slip nuts either end of the pipe, when the trap is free clean inside with hot soapy water and reattach.  Still having problems? It is time to call a plumber

Electric showers do not need a hot water supply.  Electric showers work by sending an electric current through a heating element similar to a kettle. Cold water flows next to the heating element, which heats the water.
